My customers service rep was good however they advised one price under a product them said it was not in the right place. An employee put it in the wrong spot. I asked them to honor there advised price on the item sitting in front of both of us and the manager said no. I said this was not customer error, it was employee error. He still said no.so i kimdly got my refund for my items. Will not return. I was paying more than the discounted price so i guess losing more money was worth my entire purchase. Their decision. Oh well. Discount auto count your days!!!!! Happy holidays

Stopped in because my battery was weak, and the staff was incredibly helpful right from the start. The employee who helped me answer my questions before I came was really helpful and pleasant. Unfortunately for me, the old battery (only a year old), already replaced under warranty wasn't under warranty any more. For Die Hard batteries, depending on the battery you get you get a certain number of years under warranty. Understandably the warranty doesn't renew even though the quality is BS and the battery is new. Anyways, got the new battery and was out in a few minutes. Recommended

Unfortunately, my experience at this store was extremely unfriendly. We had a conflict regarding the store’s used oil disposal policy. The rules clearly state that they accept up to 5 gallons per person, yet the General Manager, Tom, refused to take our used oil without any explanation. Instead of helping the customer and calmly clarifying the situation, Tom spoke rudely and unprofessionally, which only escalated the conflict. Visiting this particular location left a very unpleasant impression. I do not recommend it.

Came in for octane booster—both kinds I usually buy were out. Luckily, a younger employee was super helpful and found a new product in the back (not even shelved yet). It was double the price, but I appreciated the effort and bought it anyway. Props to him! Then it got weird. I got octane booster on my hand outside, went in to wash up the chemicals off of my hands, and one employee said I could use the sink (located in the bathroom). Cool. But when I came out, another older unprofessional, grumpy and sloppy looking guy—who hadn’t moved from the same spot the entire time I was in the store —basically grilled me for using the bathroom like I’d snuck into Area 51. I come here for everything that’s fixable without going to a shop. The staff is always knowledgeable and eager to help. Winston in particular has helped me several times before - he’s awesome. Definitely recommend this location.
