I had a great experience at this auto parts store. From the moment I walked in, the staff was friendly, professional, and genuinely eager to help. My son was having an issue with his battery light staying on. I was dreading having to take it to be checked out. When I walked in, I was greeted by Ashtin and immediately felt at ease as I explained my situation. Ashtin was friendly, professional, knowledgeable and thorough in explaining every part of the process in finding the issue. She made the experience less stressful since I know very little about cars or repairs. I felt respected as a person and appreciated as a customer. I’m so thankful for her help today and for giving me the name of someone respectable to help with the rest of my repairs. Hopefully I won’t have more car issues for a while, but if I do, this is who will get my business.

I highly recommend Advance Auto Parts! They tested my battery on my car, put a new one in for me and went beyond what I expected. They were very helpful! I will definitely keep doing business here!
