On Tuesday morning my oil lamp came on. So I stopped at Advance Auto Parts to get some oil for car. The guy Mike helped me out tremendously with right oil and making sure I had enough oil in my car until I get an oil change. He was so so helpful. I just wanna say I appreciate Mike for helping me out with that. He went above and beyond.
Michelle installed a new battery in my 2020 Ranger in a few minutes.She was very professional and made this a good buying experience. r
The customer service was really bad no help at all
Marcus (or Markus) how ever you spell it and Mr Curtis (or Kurtis I’m bad at spelling) freaking rocked. I came in the pouring rain looking for some wind shield wipers and I had not a clue what to get or how to put them on. Let me just tell you they treated me so nicely we because friends for the time being and they helped me out with picking out the right ones and they put them on for me!!!! I felt like I was at the Ritz Carlton 10/10 service my boys!
