Zero stars if I could. Un knowledgeable staff who think policy makes the rules I asked for a pack of space plugs( basic) and they wanna tell me they only come in singles.... thats a lie there sold in boxes of 4! Pluss they wanna upsell the product before helping the customer. It's pretty sad when the customer knows more than ur staff about what is PROPER procedure and give glenburnie store some act right we keep u in business signed an angry company ceo
October 7th 2025 around 5:10 pm I called about a battery that I purchased at this advanced auto parts location. And the lady over the phone was talking back to me in a rude and aggressive manner. I've been a advanced Auto parts customer for years. This is the first time that I've experienced this for an Advanced auto parts employee. I was being polite. But for some strange reason she went off on me just like I'm her X boyfriend. I didn't feel like a customer.
Straight up good people work here. Solved a website purchase issue for a frustrated new driver with exact the right sort of customer service. Ty T and staff
