Refused to check customers battery. We gladly sold him a new one at oriellys and installed it for them

Usually the service is fair in this store, but this morning there were two people working one was waiting on someone and when she finish, she tells me she has someone on hold on the telephone while huffing and puffing, and another customer was standing to another counter, and she told me that he was before me so I asked him was he next he said he didn’t know. The next customer went to her I don’t know what happened because I walked out. It was too frustrating and the service and the attitude and atmosphere in there was terrible.

Don't know how to order part t9 keep on stock, didn't have to pay the customer back when returning an item what put back on card when you pay cash for the part. I'm not going to move forward I'm not going to shop at any of your store and I'm going to tell ym family and friends to do the same thing
