pretty disappointing I drove 35 minutes out to Grain Valley because I had purchased some wrenches Online. I should’ve known that it was too good to be true, but the order went through anyways. I had received a call but they did not leave a voicemail so I assumed the order was picked up shame on me for that, but I drove out here anyways and I’ve walked in in the young man running in the front was very polite and said that " I’m not really sure why That’s still on the website. We’ve gotten it taken out of our system. I tried to call you" My response was that you didn’t leave a voicemail. I wouldn’t have driven all the way out here if you would’ve left a voicemail telling me that you didn’t have them" I guess common sense isn’t so common anymore.

Laura has always been great to work with every time I come in for parts. All staff is knowledgeable and helpful, I come in quite a bit. Highly recommend to come here first to find anything for your car

I went in there today and Jasmine Dickie was so helpful knowledgeable she was very kind. She was even training. Someone was very respectful and was patient with me and everything. She helped me. Get a good deal and help me understand the difference between windshield wipers she put my new windshield wipers on And then we started talking and she’s just really funny. She’s very pretty and she didn’t make me feel dumb or stupid that I didn’t know what windshield wipers to get and she is a really good person from what I can see until and it seems like the person that she was training really liked her and she does great with the public while helping me, she was answering questions for other customers and she’s always got a beautiful smile.

Jasmine was a huge help today! She tested my battery, looked up the replacement options for a new battery and windshield wipers and then installed all of the above quickly. She helped me with a smile on her face the entire time! Great customer service! I will be a returning customer because of her!

I can’t say enough good things about Laura & her team! They have great customer service and great prices! Laura is an excellent manager! I would highly recommend!
