From the moment I walked in, the staff was friendly, professional, and genuinely eager to help. They took the time to answer all my questions, made sure I had the right parts for my vehicle, and even offered helpful advice that saved me time and money. It’s clear they really care about their customers—something that’s hard to find these days. I had serious car trouble today & pulled into store #9244 in Green Cove Springs. I asked inside if someone could help me diagnose the problem. Victor Mariano helped me & showed me what parts to purchase so I could fix it. If it wasn't for him, I would have had to pay for a tow truck to the mechanic, mechanic fees to fix it, & an Uber to get home which I couldn't afford. Just wanted to share what a great employee you have. I will be shopping from Advance Auto from now on.

I am surrounded by auto parts stores. What makes advance auto in Green Cove Springs different is they actually know cars!!! The first thing out of their mouth is NOT "make/model/year" so they can rely on a computer to do their job. In most cases, after speaking with them, they know what you need and even the stuff you might need that you didn't think about to complete your task. I drive by other stores to make my way to the Green Cove Springs, FL store because I know I will be dealing with smart people....

I’ve been to this location multiple times and each time has been a great experience. They have excellent customer service and they keep the store very clean. Shawn helped me the last time I was there and he went the extra mile to get me what I needed for my car. I’m very grateful for his help and highly recommend this location!!!
