Eric was super helpful to me. He helped me find the headlight I needed and then he surprised me by offering to help me change it. I needed that!!! Maybe next time I will try it on my own. But i really appreciate his friendly, professional assistance and encouraging car-positive attitude.

I pulled up with a flat tire trying to get fix a flat to hold off until I made it to my destination. Epic fail. I got back in my car cried then called the inside and asked for help. I can’t remember the two gentlemen names. But the one guy with the glasses was so patient and compassionate. I had three of my kids with me so I was really overwhelmed and overstimulated. I made it to my destination because of them. Just wanted to say thank you

i came in today saturday at 2pm on the 6th and saw a lady behind the counter she was so unprofessionall i thought that she was an customer behind the counter the guy had dard har had a very short rude attitude kinda blowing me off i think the district manager needs to sneak in or watch the videos to find out why there not being very professional

Got a new battery for my car today. Mike did a great job installing it. The battery terminal was corroded and ruined but he still managed to clean it off and get it on there. Best customer service I've experienced in awhile. I expected to go in there, buy a battery and terminal, then go home and try to use an adjustable wrench to change them out. Thanks again for saving me a huge headache Mike. That would have ruined the rare good day I was having. Keep up the good work.
