This place was awesome the guy that took care of me his name is Ishmael he was very good he was a very polite young man took care of all my needs and did everything possible to help me and make sure that I can get my problem solved so I can continue on with what I had to continue with very please I would go there again and the thing is that I had to go there because my alternator went bad so it was something that I wasn't planning to go but then I had to but then my experience there was very happy and less stressful. Well that's where life took me at an adventure today to go take care of that well hope you guys try them out they're very nice they're in Haines City his name is Ishmael so that's where my adventures were today this is Johnny with adventures with the riveras signing off

I normally don’t leave reviews, but today pushed me over the edge. This is the second time in a month I’ve had a bad experience at Advanced auto parts store on 1015 Hinson Ave, Haines City, FL. The lack of customer service is beyond disappointing. If you don’t actually want to help customers, maybe stay home or just close the doors altogether. Today I went in to return an oil filter. I had purchased two different ones so my mechanic wouldn’t have to send me running back to the store. I didn’t have the receipt at first — that’s on me — but the way I was treated was completely uncalled for. The guy behind the counter looked at me like I was lying. He inspected the box like it was a crime scene and even glanced over at his coworker as if to say, “You believe her?” It was insulting. I told h

Came in for a check engine light issue, but was told they don't do that here. So I just left with no plans of ever returning
