Fortunately, the amazing general manager, Jeremy, was there to save the day! Jeremy was incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to assist me with everything I needed. His expertise and friendly demeanor made a stressful situation so much easier. It's rare to find someone in retail who genuinely cares about their customers, but Jeremy is that kind of person. Went in to get new wiper blades for my car. Jeremy was amazing. He came out and looked at the ones that I have on my 2025 GV 70 and then gave me four or five different options of wiper blades that I could buy. I asked him lots of questions about the differences, etc., and he was very knowledgeable, sweet and helpful. I called him Dr. Auto since he was so proficient at his job and When I go back, I will seek him out again. Kudos to Jeremy and to advance AutoZone for having such a fabulous employee. I could really tell he loves his job.
