Advance Auto Parts

Helpful staff. Super fast service to swap out my wiper blades so I didnt have to. The employee used a rubber mat on the windshield so the arm didnt scratch the glass. Decent prices for parts and accessories.

I frequently go to this location just to leave empty handed due to associates not wanting to help find parts. Today I had an encounter with Maurice who was unable to process my return because it was bought at a different location and also did not try to help me find the correct part I needed. He quickly brushed me off saying they didn’t have it, but I was able to find it on the website when I got home available for same day pick up. If you go to this location and see Maurice standing at the register I recommend turning around and walking out because his lack of help will frustrate you even more with your car troubles.

Very polite and go the extra mile to help.

Never going back to this location as the staff uses inappropriate and discriminatory language by referring to another employee as the Mexican with another customer. Guy said he would help me find the wipers I was looking for and I said no you won't. As a Hispanic person myself I find that very rude and just wrong. Hire better people who aren't openly racist in front of everyone that's in the store

Staff is very helpful and friendly.
