Advance Auto Parts

I went to the store to buy a part for my 2012 Ford F-250. The employee checked the VIN number and said it would fit, so I bought it. When I got home, I wanted to replace the part and saw that it didn't fit my truck. I didn't even open the packaging. I went back to the store to return the item the same day, a couple of hours later. In response, I was told that this item was non-returnable. I've never encountered anything like this before, where an unopened item couldn't be returned to the store the same day. They offered to replace it with a part that would definitely fit, but that part wasn't in this store and would have to be delivered by 3:30 PM that same day. I agreed, but now it's 4:30 PM, my truck is still not repaired, and my $70 is still in that store. This is the worst car parts sh

Walked into Advance Auto Parts on a mission: new wipers, and absolutely no idea how they were getting on my car. But then I met Deborah, and she understood the assignment! She didn’t just ring me up — she came outside, installed the wipers herself, and made sure everything was perfect. That’s top-tier customer service right there. Huge shoutout to Deborah. She turned a stressful moment into something quick and easy. Highly recommend this location!

Better off going to the one at Lasalle. Management won't allow loan of some tools and they do not do battery bounty, even though it is offered on the Advance Auto website. Not a slight at any of the employees. Just this locations policies.

I love my Advanced auto stores all staff are Awesome, prices are very fair and I always find what I need!!!
