I came into the store this evening and the guy behind the counter asked what I needed, and I said that my wife's car needed a new battery. Instantly, the guy said "Well, I'm not putting it in!" I was taken off guard, and asked why not? He replied, "I'm here on my own and it's policy that I can't leave the store." I actually had no problem with this, but his tone with both statements were exasperated and dismissive. Very unprofessional, and it could have been handled much better. How about: "I can get you a battery, but I'm sorry but I can't install it since I am here alone." That would have been a totally different story. I went down the street to AutoZone, and they were extremely courteous from the moment I walked in. Advanced Auto Parts lost my business.

Our car broke down with 5 hours left of our 12 hour drive back home, we were able to pull off the interstate and make it here, everyone was so nice and helpful. Made sure my husband had what he needed to try and fix the car, and made sure my dog and I had water and let us stand inside to cool down. Everyone working both days we were stuck there really made a horrible situation a little better.

Normally no problems, my location go to all tbe time. But lady gave me facial expression that made feel didnt want to help(made feel dumb) then lack of professionalism to move forward from situation to makw it better wasnt good at all Maybe she having bad day or maybe i was having off day to make SNAP

The guy who took the time in the freezing cold to figure out how to put the windshield wipers on my VW ID4 was a gem and deserves a raise!! Super-patient and fun even when my car didn't want to accept the fourth-fifth-sixth?? brackets for the wipers?? Thank you!!

They often have parts unavailable elsewhere. Additionally, they still recycle used motor oil for free. On this visit, store personnel were polite and helpful.
