Advance Auto Parts

Just trying to buy some stuff off the shelf. Waited in line for 15 minutes and I’ve watched the 3 employees talk to each other rudely, answer the phone and talk rudely about the person on the line after they hang up. I have not watched more than one person help a customer standing there waiting to spend money and get out. Left my stuff on the shelf and walked out. I get your time is not worth anything, but mine is and I won’t waste it in advance auto parts again.

My go to auto part store I use when visiting friends in the Haverhill Mass. Just tell them what you are looking for and they will look it up on their computer and then go get it off the shelf to make it easy for you. Great crew of guys and easy parking!

Spent 20 minutes waiting in a nonexistent line while the manager spent the entire time taking with friends, and ignored customers waiting. Come here if you want to get ignored.

I’m sorry I am about a year late in writing this review. I’ve been so busy until I was looking for an air filter and thought about how fantastic the customer service is, the knowledgeable staff and a large inventory. I’ve been to many parts stores and this one has the best automotive knowledge out of everywhere I’ve been.(I’m always looking for air fresheners, parts, cleaning supplies or to get some automotive knowledge from one of the parts pros). Anyway approximately a year ago I went to get wiper blades and it was cold and rainy out. I gentleman behind the counter knew the size of the wiper blades without looking it up. I was going to get the least expensive ones but the gentleman pointed out the pros and cons of each one. I end up going with a better pair. It cost quite a more but as t
