Sky was absolutely incredible. He replaced the battery on my Mini Cooper, which turns out is way more involved than a normal car, and he was all in from the start. Super communicative, patient, and willing to figure out the tricky parts without ever losing his great attitude. He genuinely cared about doing the job right and made the whole experience stress-free. Sky went above and beyond and I couldn’t be more grateful. Highly, highly recommend!

Juan at this location went above and beyond to help us when we had a dead battery! Our car died across the small street from here. We couldn't jump it to bring it to advance auto parts for them to change the battery we purchaces there. Juan walked across the street to change it out for us. Amazing customer service! Thank you so much for helping us!

Went today after other auto parts store to check battery. Luis was great! He checks with cables on and then cleaned terminals and checked. Battery bad! We took back to NAPA and they checked it again and yup. We got prorated new one but Luis saves the day! If they wouldn’t discount new one we were going back to see Luis for new one. 5 stars!

Tony was VERY HELPFUL and FRIENDLY. I let him know I’m trying to change my truck headlight. Tony was very helpful and provided me additional advice. I also saw a customer come drop off some used oil. He was very helpful as well to the other customers. Thank you Tony.
