I had a great experience at this Advance Auto Parts location today. Mr. Jordan didn’t just sell me windshield wipers; he went the extra mile and installed them for me on the spot. He showed sincere kindness, professionalism, knowledge, and was truly helpful. That level of service made my day and reminded me what great customer care looks like. Thank you for treating customers with such care!

Just tried to go to this store about 6 minutes before it closed already knowing what I wanted the most I was going to take in the store was 2-3 minutes and turns out whoever the employee was closed early and wouldn’t let anybody go inside even if it still wasn’t closing time. I know I should have gone a little earlier however I was working on my car and unfortunately lost a cap last minute but being that I got there before closing time I should have been let inside.

Wow! Great service at this location. Everyone was friendly and knowledgeable. I received great customer service from Antonio Cabellero who helped me resolve an issue with my car that was stressing me out. He saved the day! Thanks Antonio.

I went to buy a simple oil change, and I left with AC repair kit and refrigerant ..I was impressed with the second manager, a bold and skinny with a name. “Something like J” amazing my friend…he is Cuban but lived in Spain for a few years, super, iper, extra professional, he didn’t want me to give reviews, but I couldn’t help it.

We were greeted nicely by an older man (didn’t get his name) and a younger man named Jordan. Jordan assisted us further and he was very eager to help and super attentive. We had trouble with our perks and Jordan resolved the problem for us. Amazing customer service.
