I highly recommend this store. Everyone is so helpful and friendly. I went in for a battery replacement and Dimitris went above and beyond to help me. It was freezing cold outside but that did not stop him from changing my battery. That man is dedicated to his job and he is always super helpful. He is always ready to help. He greets everyone with a huge smile and he always helps me find exactly what I am looking for. Highly recommend them. You won't regret it.
Went into Advance Auto Parts in Hicksville to grab a part for my truck and some oil. David the Manager and his crew were super helpful and nice. Got me everything I needed and made it quick and ez. Great customer service. Will definitely be back

Highly recommend this location. I needed a new battery and David couldn’t have been more helpful. He was knowledgeable and kind. He quickly helped me pick out the correct part and installed it for me! Unfortunately I had to bring my toddler with me but David worked quickly and helped to ensure we had a good time while waiting. Will be back!
