I recently had a great experience at Advance Auto Parts. The staff there really went the extra mile to help me out, even in the pouring rain. They were kind enough to assist me in putting on my windshield wipers when I was struggling, and I truly appreciated their help. It's this level of customer service that keeps me coming back to Advance Auto Parts whenever I need automotive supplies or assistance.

I don’t usually write reviews, but this experience deserves one. If you’re looking for honest advice, go see Tony at the Hiram Advance Auto Parts. We had a check engine light come on right before the holidays, and Tony scanned it and reassured us it was a minor emissions issue. A few days later the car wouldn’t start, and after jumping it and bringing it back, Tony ran tests and took the time to explain what was really going on—without just pushing a battery sale. His honesty saved us from an unnecessary expense during a stressful time. Thanks, Tony—you’ve earned a loyal customer.

Apparently I was speaking with the manager today but she couldnt find a 2001 nissan xterra in her computer, was rude, wanted to be argumenative, kept putting me on hold(most likely just to get me to go away) and then when another worker figured out what was wrong in how she was entering the info(she called him over with the attitude of proving she wasnt wrong) all I got was a "my bad". If she actually is managment then advanced needs to consider some serious retraining! That experience sent me straight to O'Reillys.
