I've recently ordered a part here at this store, everyone was super friendly and was quick to help me with my needs. I was explained to in detail how long my part would take to come in by an employee named Joy. She helped me with both purchase and pick up transactions. Great and reliable customer service from Joy.
Great service! Been there a few times and I always walk away as a happy customer. Angela Casillas seems to know her stuff. Knowledgeable and always willing to help searching for just the right parts for my car.
I went to advance auto parts. A couple day ago and I bought a battery angie was very helpful and helped me install. The customer service was great would definitely come back in the future thank you for all the help.
Over all great experience joy and Angela M. were great I was welcomed once I came in and helped greatly. The store was very nice would definitely come back again.
The other day that i went in i had a very bad experience with a girl named joy her attitude from the start was very unprofessional she had an attitude againt work and had a very unpleasant experience with her i would definitely not come back due to her unprofessionalism.
