Went to the store needed help with my volkswagen Jay helped us i can not say his customer service was excellent went above and beyond, this is the place Iam coming if I need anything for my car ,I would give jay 100 excellent CUSTOMER SERVICE SATISFACTION

Came in with a part that was defective that I bought days before. I had the OG receipt with me and Xavier looked at me and told me he can’t help me if the part was used … I tired to explain the situation but he walked away and hid in the back while the manager proceeded to tell me I had to go to another store. Honestly disappointing, horrible service and dismissive attitude is all your going to get from this location. Now I see why there’s always different people working that store. The location on international speedway would be the spot to go to 👍🏼 go see George or Ron

I live in Ormond Beach, Fl but I will drive 15 minutes to this store because the young lady Megan! She always has a smile on her face greeting me when I walk in the store! She has helped me so many times , to making sure I get the right parts for my truck. Making sure I have everything I need for the job while also helping me make the job easier! She truly so much to help the customers!

These guys are always super helpful. They always provide great advice and let me know if they see something that may need maintenance. They also provide free basic scans if your check engine light is on.

Every time I need anything for my husbands or my Jeep Wrangler, I go to this store specifically! "Megan" is very good at her job! Very helpful! Very knowledgeable! Very sweet and will go above and beyond to make sure you get exactly what you need! She is always working hard when I walk in and see her there! Thank you Megan!
