Fast service, everything was in stock, in and out in 10 mins!
Waited outside for 30 minutes for them to open they never did says online 8:30 no one showed up at all pathetic!!! People depend on other people to show up and work when they say they will!!!!! Do not shop here
I bought an impact yesterday and it didn't have enough torque to take lug nuts off and when I went to return it they wouldn't take it back. They just didn't want to do their jobs they are lazy as hell
My battery died at the grocery store. Thankfully, Advance is walking distance, and the guy who helped me was awesome!! So helpful! I wish I caught his name, but he walked with me back to the grocery store to jump my car so I could drive it over and buy a new battery. Then, the best part, he swapped out the old one for the new battery for me!! I appreciate him so much!!
My husband ordered a part for a vehicle and the part was already bought and damaged and brought back to the store. Called the store #06925 to let them know and was made to feel he damaged the part. Called another store in Summerville/Sangaree, the store had it but I wanted to make sure so I asked them to check. Then all of a sudden no store had them and we are forced to put the part on because our vehicle is taken all apart. Thanks for your store customer service.....not!!!
