FRANKLIN IS THE BEST!!!! He always goes out of his way to help his customers and is very professional. I have never had anyone care as much as he does at any other location ever and I'm 43 years old and have gone to may different locations in different states even. He definitely deserves some recognition because most people really dont care and I am very thankful to have someone like Franklin who knows what he is doing and saves me so much time and frustration. I had a really positive experience working with Fernando. From the start, he was professional, attentive, and made sure to answer all of my questions clearly. What stood out the most was his patience—he never rushed me and took the time to explain things in a way that made sense. He’s also very approachable, which made the whole process a lot smoother. I really appreciated his follow-through and the fact that he checked in to make sure everything was going well. Overall, Fernando is dependable and great to work with—I’d definitely recommend him.
