I had such a great experience today at the store #06531. Luis the salesman was so very helpful. I was in the store to purchase 3 items. Upon going to the counter Luis asked me if I had any rewards that I knew of. I had no idea so he asked to see my phone and proceeded to check to see if I had the app on my phone. I did indeed have it but didn't know exactly what to do with it . Luis walked me thru the process of redeeming my rewards and I received $15.00 in rewards. In today's economic crunch we are in that savings was a Godsend. Thank you Luis and Advance Auto!!!
My experience is always great and Lou is very helpful and the team has a personal touch because they address customers by name
The manager Luis was very helpful, knowledgeable, and respectful to me while I was getting some parts for my car to replace the brakes. It was my first time so his knowledge and the way he broke down information really helped me make an informed decision. The other staff were also welcoming and overall I had a great experience! Great prices, great customer service, that’s all I ask for, so I’m happy. Pro tip:trade in your old caliper for a discount!
Luis was very helpful and save me money by charging my battery. I will be back again and hope Luis is there too help!!! THANK YOU GUY AT ADVANCED AUTO
