It's okay. They may have what you need.
I was just in there tis morning getting new windshield wipers, and Juanita and Kevin where so helpful, kind and even took time to show me how easy it was to replace my blades. GREAT Customer service with a smile
Always have to waste gas and time making a trip back because they give me the wrong part. Last time I went there was for an engine air filter for my GMC pickup. Drove over 20 miles home and took my old filter out and had to put the old one right back in because they gave me the wrong filter. Wasn't even for the same make vehicle. I drive a GMC which is what the receipt said they sold me but it was too thick to fit my truck. Looked up the part number on the box and they had gave me a filter for a Dodge Ram. I could maybe see if it had been for the same make and they gave me one for the wrong model, but to sell me a filter for an entirely different make of vehicle is ridiculous. I live in a small rural town half an hours drive from the nearest Advance and I don't appreciate the extra cost o
