I had the opportunity to visit this place during a work trip. My car broke down. I searched the internet for the best options, and they sent me here. It was a wonderful experience. The employee, Rob Ramirez, was extremely professional and helped me install my car battery with excellent service. I thank this place for its employees and Rob Ramirez for his professionalism and kindness. 100% recommended.

Better off going g across the street I went in for wiper blades went to go checkout and the employees just talk like I wasn’t there paying me no attention I eventually walked out and went across the street to auto zone they had self checkout took 2 min in out.

Literally stood in line for 10 minutes with a jug of DEF while a employee played on the computer next to me and another acknowledged me but kept pulling parts and bullshitting with the guy on the computer 3 feet from me. Left the DEF on the counter after I was in the store for 20 minutes. Went to AutoZone across Scalp Ave and was in and out under 2 minutes

This used to be the place I would go for all my parts and the workers were kind and helpful. Now, they have some older guys who work there who have no customer service etiquette at all. They make you feel like you’re a hassle to them. Tried to make small talk too and I might as well of talked to the wall since that’s the response I received. Just mean and nasty. What changed? What happened to the nice and helpful guys who used to work there? Been a customer for 24 years and I’ve gotta say with a heavy heart that you now lost me until your customer service etiquette improves.
