Breckin was perfect! Efficient knowledgeable and genuinely friendly ..but the best part is He answered all my questions thoroughly !! Especially when I asked why he began with the electric wrench but finished with the manual one when installing my battery?? He said because the manual wrench allows for a tighter and more secure installation of my battery!!!! That’s why he always finishes with a manual wrench….
