The store manager, Michael, is a true professional. An excellent example of the best company representative you could ask for. Totally competent, self assured and extremely knowledgeable & polite. So pleasant and easy to deal with. Huge fan of his customer service. A rare breed that actually serves the customer. Great guy!

Thank you so much Logan for helping me today with my car’s battery. He was very professional, kind and knowledgeable. I thought I had a problem with the battery but he told me it was the alternator and he was right! Logan charged the battery that I bought at the store months ago so I can get to the auto shop before it closed. Logan you will be a good mechanic :) Thanks again

Just want to give a shout out to the Jupiter Advance Auto Parts store. and particularly Logan working behind the front counter. I wanted a Die-Hard battery to replace the OEM battery in my late model Cadillac SUV. The store website indicated the exact fit - Die-Hard battery was in stock - (kudos Advance - not many stores can provide real-time store inventory online that is completely accurate!!). I drove to the store in the SUV which needed the new battery. The moment I walked in the store Logan at the register, asked if I needed assistance. I explained what I was looking for, he obtained the new battery from stock rather quickly, transacted my purchase, and explained the store provides free installation for new vehicle batteries purchased. One of the cleanest parts store in town. Super friendly staff and definitely a welcoming environment. Big thanks to Will and Jon for providing excellent customer service every time I visited. Whether that be a quick stop for a detailing product, or a battery change. They are always there with enthusiasm. They deserve a raise. Thank you guys!

I bought a car vacuum cleaner. I took it home and charged it. The vacuum cleaner wouldn't even pick up a small feather! I lost my receipt. I tried to return it 3 days later. I purchased it on a credit card. I had the evidence for that transaction. The store wouldn't except it. Any other store would accept that electronic evidence. This really pissed me off!!! My wife bought an oil filter for a Mini- Cooper. We gave them all the correct information on the car. When we took her car to have the oil changed. On the lift after all the oil was drained they discovered it was the wrong filter. They had to send someone to another auto parts store to get the correct oil filter. An hour and half later in 90° heat. I will never shop at this store again!!! Buyer beware
