Drew definitely works with integrity. I had visited Firestone for an alignment however the technician told me my car would not start and that I needed a new battery which would be 200.00. Thinking to myself how is that possible when I have not had any battery issues. So I decided to come to Advanced and Drew immediately without hesitation assisted. He checked my battery which he confirmed was perfect and tightened up the screw on the battery. Drew you are super amazing and more companies need to hire more individuals like you. 10/08/25 I stopped by the location on Roberts Rd where Old 41 crosses Cobb Pkwy (41) by Hooters. I wanted to get my "check engine" light diagnosed. But my phone rang just as I arrived and I got distracted and left my keys in the car and locked the door. So I went in and asked the clerk if they could sell me a SlimJim (lockout tool.) It was less than $4, and the two young men came out to my car to help me use it. I would not have gotten the door open without their help, even with the tool. They were very smart and it only took them a few minutes to get my door open. Then I explained my reason for visiting, and one of them did a "check engine" diagnostic reading for free!
