Really just felt apathy toward me as a customer at the Car Quest store. Went to Advance and it was a really nice experience. Worked with Chris Swenson and Kellie who answered some questions and genuinely seemed interested in helping. It was excellent customer service and human-to-human interaction. I hope Advance gives them a shout out! They deserve it. I’ll be back here next time I need an auto parts store and won’t step foot in Car Quest again.
We stopped by after I had car issues this evening and the gentleman that helped us was great. He tested the battery and alternator and even cleaned the terminals to make sure it runs smoothly until I can get to an auto repair shop. Thank you!

I came in for a battery for my Tahoe and Kelly and Chris helped me figure out what was going on. Excellent customer service, friendly, knowledgeable, I will come back again for future car needs!
Had a great experience Brian came and checked my battery cleaned ther terminal and then replaced the battery on my 2016 4Runner. He was so professional and was happy to help me out. Will be back to shop and hopefully Brian will be available to help me out
