I always like shopping at Advance, but the store here in King, NC was the best experience yet. The store was clean and well organized. The staff was great, but team member Austin was over the top. He made sure that I was getting exactly the right wipers blades for my car, taking into consideration quality and price. He certainly went the extra mile, and he was super nice too! Great experience!

I needed a diagnostic and the man was helpful and polite.Ive purchased batteries from them and will continue to patronize this business.Once again Advance was excellent.Kerry helped me with a battery and the price was good ..My only suggestion to corporate..the computers definitely need replacing...☆ Had a bad battery..The employee was very polite and quickly changed out the battery..I recommend..Once again..Helpful ataff..A first rate Auto Parts store..Josh is very knowledgable..☆

Went in to buy a headlight and was told 9.99. Went to buy and as I'm inserting my card the lady says 106.73. Told her she just said 9.99 and her response was no her accent is hard to understand. Went to oreileys and got the same bulb for $8

This store deserves 5 stars! Always a great experience. Most recently, an employee named John provided me with excellent customer service, taking the time to make sure I got what I needed for my trailer. It’s refreshing to deal with someone so knowledgeable and down to Earth! I will always shop at Advance because of their great customer service! Thanks again John!
