Advance Auto Parts

I came into this Advanced Auto Parts location needing help with a key fob battery replacement. I asked if someone could open the key fob so the battery could be changed. I was told they “couldn’t” do it and was given no real explanation or assistance. My mother came here once and was helped with hers which is crazy. That’s why she told me to come here. The employee who helped me was very stern and dismissive, and the interaction felt unnecessarily rude. No attempt was made to help, explain, or offer alternatives The hispanic guy working 12/30 at 5 p.m simply stood there and said they couldn’t assist. What’s frustrating is that I went to AutoZone immediately afterward, and they opened the key fob and replaced the battery with no issue at all after I explained I wasn’t able to. It took only

This place needs to be closed or the employees RE-TRAINED ASAP. Went in to get a few stuffs and stayed in line for 25 mins before leaving with no service. Staffs are soooo slow and a simple self checkout with go a long way as they spend like 5-10 mins assisting each customer slowly. Maybe this location needs to put some fast thinking staffs here. The service is needed as this is one of the very few left in busy LAUREL. Maybe they closing soon cause it don’t look like someone is paying attention.

Whoever is working today at 12:00pm on 01/03/2025 left me hanging on the phone for 10 minutes and then hang up on me. I just wanted to know if you guys had a part in stock so I could pick it up today. Hire people who actually wants to work!!!!

I am a young woman that us fairly knowledgeable about car parts and I genuinely that they tried to take advantage and completely mess up my order. I came in person and let the guy know that I needed the parts because my car was being repaired on Monday. The “parts” were there in 24 hours…great except I ordered 2 of the same part and they came in 2 different size boxes. The same guy I ordered them from handed them to me and just said we don’t have the other one like the WRONG PART was sufficient. My other parts weren’t there even after I called and checked and he said its just “human error”. That was the only apology I received. I will NEVER spend another dime at an advance auto.

I ordered online and was here for pickup. It's a huge Auto Parts shop, clean, good parking space and well stocked. The staff were up to their job.
