Bought spark plugs from the store installed them come to find out they sold me the wrong plugs and it caused them to get hot and burst into the cylinder causing internal damage and now they refuse to fix it after they confirmed they sold me the incorrect parts I wouldn’t take anything from them if it was free now and wouldn’t recommend anyone else buy anything from them either!
WORST customer service I’ve ever received at an auto parts store. I tried multiple times to order a battery online and have it picked up just to have the order cancelled. When I attempted to pay over the phone which I have done multiple times the salesperson told me no. I will NEVER shop at advanced again.
I cannot say enough about this store. They go above and beyond for their customer service! Our battery died while at Exxon across the road and Nate came over and got us started!! Thanks Advance for hiring the good guys!!
Online prices are not honored by the brick and mortar store. This is despite the fact that you can order and pay for items online, and pick them up at the store. Some staff is friendly and helpful, some are condescending jerks.
