Advance Auto Parts

Had to order from multiple stores because of limited inventory and one of my orders was canceled due to being out of stock. When I arrived for pickup the staff was very friendly and the prices were very cheap. Overall I would return to Advance Auto Parts because the customer service was solid and the prices were great. I would just like to see more consistent inventory availability in the future.

Javaughn is a tremendous person. He was extra knowledgeable and an awesome help. I truly appreciate individuals who take pride in there work and provide 100% customer service. Keep up the great work sir.

Price gouging at its finest Part says one thing online get to store 3 times more. Return policy sucks. This used to be a cool location won't be going back

Love having your time and gas wasted, look no further visit the Advanced Auto In League City store number 8034. I was on hold and hung up on twice when the associate answered the fist time I was asked to hold because he was “in a rush” yeah in a rush to give false information. I gave the associate the part number I was looking for , they put me on hold and came back and said that the part was in stock, I asked if I could put it on hold , but I was assured that it would be there when I got there .After a 40 min drive I was told that they did not have the part and when I told them I called and was assured the part was in stock , I was told “yeah that’s a tough situation “. A horrible experience
