Car died from a bad battery, so I bought a battery from this store. Gave them the correct year, make, and model vehicle and they recommended a battery for my vehicle. 2 weeks later, my car died again. I took my car to the dealership thinking it was some other electrical issue. Nope. It was the battery, Advanced Auto sold me the wrong battery. So we took the battery back to them for a refund, and they said the only thing we can give you is store credit... Why, would I go back to a store that is 'suppose' to be knowledgeable in parts and services when they sold me something that was 1. the wrong part and 2. technically did damage to my vehicle because it was they wrong part. Not the first time I've had issues with Advanced.

Update: Spoke to SHAY she was extremely polite professional and took the time to route me in the right direction, so I appreciate your service. Once again everything was deceptive, however this location can't be fully penalized by other employees deceptions. Thank you SHAY. I will update this to 5 stars specifically for SHAY once I hear back to follow up with this incident. Horrible steel wool products they have a supposed no return policy on this item and apparently aren't willing to even give store credit for a 3pack of garbage steel wool that disintegrates when you touch the water employees claims he is the manager but is not emmery then once I confronted him in regards to his lie, he then tries to clarify once I told him I would write this review. Very rude people working there, and they have no knowledge about anything . Just a bunch of young people who don't know 🤷 anything about cars. I'd avoid them if you can.

Excellent staff! Very knowledgeable and helpful. Staff stopped me from wasting my $ and directed me to the items I actually needed. They showed honesty and respect and wisdom! Awesome parts also ! 5 stars Thank you 🙏
