I have never seen anyone as masterful at their craft as Mark is. He put in my battery and another customer's battery at the same time, installed wipers, rang 4 more people and got the phones single handed. I could never do that and he made it look easy.

The online service is horrible at best. 3 days and parts still have not shipped. I should of picked them up. Now I have to wait 24 hours to find out why. Parts where in-stock at another location. But I thought it would be easier just to ship. But not the case!

This is a great place for the price. However, when searching for headlight bulbs I needed assistance finding the right one. So I went to the counter and told the info they requested. Only for them to refer me to a type of bulb that I then paid for... drove 16 miles home... then found they were the wrong bulb. Had to spend my easter afternoon driving back to get the right bulbs. This would be 5 stars if they trained their employees correctly.

Never went in this location. Asked employee to help me make sure I got the right bulb for my car. He rolled his eyes like I was bothering him. I told him the make of the car and he then shook his head like he was pissed at me. I apologized for bothering him. I bought the bulb and left I will never go back to this location.
