If I could give 0 stars I would, the woman who serviced my mother was rude and accuses my mother of stealing, they sold her an item that was already open and used so my mom wanted to return and switch it for an unopened one. My mother decided to just take the opened one home but that level of disrespect was just extremely frustrating and profoundly disrespectful/unprofessional. Check your items to make sure they’re unopened and also, hire professional staff that treat others with respect.
