They were the only people in town who could help me find a part that would help me when I broke down. They went above and beyond to assist me instead of just being dismissed by the other big autoparts stores. I won't soon forget it either. They will be my first choice from this point forward.

Employee stated that the item would work out of box, but when it didn’t and came back they said “ “ “ohhh you have to charge it” going back on what they said. As well as wouldn’t let me return it after they guaranteed me that it would work. I spoke to the manager, And even though his employees said something different, they still would not accept the return. I was gone for less than 10 minutes. It was just a battery jump box. I come here often. I really don’t appreciate feeling like I’ve been hustled. I guess you live when you learn.

Well just our luck the wiper came off the truck today in the heavy rain today so now she is out of $65.00 for wipers and she can not get them replaced because she doesn't have them to use for lifetime warranty. Advance Auto Parts doesn't rate a one star with me. O'Reilly has better warranty

The workers were very polite and helpful

Nice friendly people, the store always seems to be neat, clean, and in orderly fashion. One fall back is it seems that there computer system is slow. The associates seemed to have problems finding the right parts i needed, but they did finally locate them, the prices are reasonable.
