I Googled to see the closest Advance Auto Parts store was and I was less then 2 miles from the location, I was greeted by Sarah P , very nice with a friendly smile , she asked If I needed help , which I did and Sarah P helped me find the brake fluid. As I was checking out , the manager AJA asked how my day was going , that was very nice of her to ask me , two nice people helping out the customer, what a great concept. Socky Delray Beach , Fl

great visit at advanced auto on 45th street yesterday thanks to Aja helped me find my specific part for my vehicle quickly and helped my charged my battery great service here and Sarah is great too

I wish I could rate him 10 stars. The rep that took great care of me today, has caused me to change my original location on Congress blvd to this store. His name was Rayquan. Extremely knowledgeable, helpful, honest, patient, and understanding. He saved me over $300.00 on my alternator, because he fought my warranty(after giving him multiple#). He literally did all the heavy lifting for me. He even looked into having my warranty moved to his store, to accommodate my mechanic who is closer to the 45th street location. This guy is awesome. I hope he is in the high paying manager position, because he really should be training others to be just like him. Welcome in all, this is where you should do business.

The other day I took a battery to be charged the lady said call at 7pm to see if it holds a charge. I call about 4 hrs later at 7pm and a guy answers and says it's not finished properly tomorrow and tells me it's on a slow charger the fast one is broken I'm like why wasn't I told this he didn't know and didn't try to call another store to see if they had one. I picked up my battery and took it to the one one Palm Beach lakes. The guy there checked it and it was over fully charged smh unbelievable

After visiting the sister location on Okeechobee with many issues from warranty to the customer service, I wasn’t hopeful in finding good help at another location. Fortunately!My experience here was a lot better. The Employee Sarah at this location was very friendly, super helpful and the customer service from Sarah was immaculate ! This will definitely be the only location I visit from now on, 10/10 would recommend Sarah for any of your Auto needs !
