⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent Customer Service Experience I came to this store this morning with two car batteries that were still under warranty (purchased in June 2023 from another location that has since closed). Alex tested both batteries and confirmed they were dead. He tried to replace them for me, but the system would not allow the exchange. Mrs. Teri then stepped in to help, but the system still showed the same issue. They provided a customer service hotline for me to call. Unfortunately, the hotline could not access my account properly, even though the store staff could see everything on their end. I spent about 45–60 minutes on the phone. Received excellent service here today! Needed new windshield wipers as mine were in a terrible state. A very helpful young man, Alex, gave me several options and explained the different benefits. He even happily replaced them for me. Will definitely continue to patronize this store location.

Always a great visit! Not your typical run in with these types of stores. All employees have been there a while and are friendly and knowledgeable and go beyond to help you search what you need. They order quick and don’t give you the run around. Been using them for years now and definitely my preferred auto parts store. Jaycee,Teri and Alex are typically who we deal with but all employees do a great job.

Advance Auto Parts needs more employees like Joseph! If the company doesn’t already value and appreciate him, they absolutely should—because with his customer service skills, he truly deserves recognition. I’ve been to this location before and experienced horrible service from some of the younger staff, so Joseph was a complete breath of fresh air. He went above and beyond, was patient, kind, and very respectful. Thank you, Joseph, for helping me on 02-01-26. Outstanding customer service like yours makes a difference!

Just got my inner and outter tie rod and end from the Mansfield store. Stacey assisted me and made sure I got the exact parts I needed plus was very professional. This is my go to store as they have a better selection of parts and prices are good too. Parts are now installed and the steering is 100% better. Thanks 👍
