The lady that helped me and my husband change out our battery in our f150 was so nice and great positive energy. She was working by herself and was handling everything so well. She shows that she loves her job. I woulda been stressed to the max. Great Job Kim!

I normally shop with Autozone, but I needed a vacuum pump (brakes) for my wife’s car & none of them had it !? So, I took a chance with Advanced Auto & both of the local ones had it. Plus, the guy that assisted me (after looking at my receipt, I saw that his name is Josh🤩) was very helpful (even being honest about not being a mechanic, but had his thoughts/opinion). He was extremely patient with me with the handful of questions I had ! And he was the one to suggest opening the box to check the correct product !!
