They were very helpfull finding the correct replacement bulbs for my Mercedes Sprinter. Will definitely be going back.

Not even worth one star, this place has poor customer service and a nonchalant individual who is currently behind the register today. He should have stayed home since the weather is ridiculously cold. It’s not what you say to a customer it’s how it said. He advised that he was not going outside to install a battery as the weather is ridiculously cold. He should have stayed home. He said it in a rude and cold manner as cold as the weather is. Poor customer service appears to be a staple for this company and the disrespect customers have to endure. This gentleman didn’t even extend the common courtesy of a greeting. Nor did he advise that he wasn’t doing any installation prior to me asking. Inform customers immediately when they are asking about a product that you won’t be able to do install

My local go-to store. The guys are always great, so is the manager.

Convenient for need for parts, but too often the used oil tank is not available or full. There are other local auto stores that I have had much better consistent luck with issue with dropping oil off. Unfortunately, if I am dropping oil off I am also doing shopping. I am editing this review to add that this location is the closest parts store, and I do have to give credit to them as they are there when I need parts, ordering ahead part(s) are always ready and the staff are always very helpful.

The staff here are always kind, on point, on task, and great. The Advance Auto Parts website is also pretty solid considering how it actively provides coupons so I don't have to scrounge the net and jump through hoops. Solid through and through.
