Tried calling monroeville, AL advance auto today 7/21/25 to ask about a warranty. Was told to call back and talk to sales manager tomorrow. Then I just asked for info for when I called back and was put on hold to take care of said customer that was in store... was on hold for 10 min +... I hung up... a customer is a customer regardless if they are on the phone needing info or in front of you at the store. My husband was a store manager at Carquest before advance bought them out and he would have never allowed this kind of behavior from his employees... I will use auto zone or oreillys from now on...

The employees are always helpful and if they don't have what you need they will order it for you. Great advice for fixing your vehicle. I'm a woman that appreciates it. A little help goes a long way. Foley the manager is very knowledgeable and friendly!

Young man named Richardson (pretty sure its his last name) assisted me. Idk if I've made him nervous or what, but he made a few small errors that made me laugh...it was all good though, cause in the end, he got me straight...even laughed at his ownself....lol

I had to take my phone Holder back twice. The first time was an exchange and the second time was for a refund. Both times the gentleman's were very nice and polite.
