I had an issue with my passenger side windshield wiper and brought my vehicle in. Washington took a look at my receipt, pulled the right windshield wiper for me, and even changed it in the pouring rain for me after I told him I didn't mind if he waited for the rain to pass. I offered to buy him a drink from the store but he said that we were all good and told me to have a great day. In Montgomery sometimes you don't always get the best of service but today I was blown away by this guys kindness, experience, and customer service. Thank you!
