It's so unpleasant working with salespeople at this location. They're so rude and treat customers badly. It's a shame. The worst part is I have to call every day and waste my money with such unpleasant people.

Went in for help on getting a new air intake for my work car. Got zero willingness to help given that they were short staffed; an understandable situation given the times. But, the man I interacted with had absolutely zero provider-to-customer empathy. ^^^in response to the Owners response. Thank you for your prompt response. I appreciate the attention to my concerns. But the business across the street was much more friendly and willing to help. Although they didn’t have what I initially needed, they did order the part and assist with a few other services for my work vehicle that were coming due. I truly hope this helps with your provider to consumer training.

Noah is so kind and so helpful! Our car battery died at Dairi-O on Thursday evening and we called a tow company to come help. We were told it would be 30 minutes and after two hours of waiting in the cold I decided to call around to see if anyone else could help. I called and Noah answered. I had asked if he could recommend any towing companies to come help us. He had suggested that if I can find someone to jump start the car, we could head their way and he would help us out. We were fortunate enough to find someone to help and when we got there it was so quick and so easy. Noah showed so much professionalism and so much kindness! The young man helping him (I didn’t get his name) was wonderful as well. It is so nice to experience this kind of service and we will definitely be back for any
