I was given bad information about what was wrong with my car. The worker was not 100% vested in helping me. I went to O'Reilly Auto Parts and was taken complete care of!! My car is running great now.
I wish I would have gotten the man’s name but he was very nice and explained everything to me. Everyone in the store was very nice. I hope I don’t have to come back anytime soon, but I will when I need something.
I want to commend Alexandra Quintero On her elite customer service skills. Alexandra's attitude was bubbly and welcoming. You would think she was a seasoned manager. I highly recommend Alexandra Quintero for management if she is not already. Truly, $MikeMadGA
Destiny went beyond the call of duty: she helped me to find the wipers for my car and then installed all three of them. That’s customer service the old fashioned way. She’s terrific!
In the midst of Hurricane Michael and it's aftermath, the employees were helpful, compassionate and have a very strong sense of community!
