We were immediately greeted upon entering. Sean went above and beyond by helping us and even came out to check on us when we did not leave the store immediately. He listened to our problem and made suggestions to help us not keep repeating the same problem. He took time to make sure we understood the rebate offer as well as the replacement policy. Could not have been happier.

Wouldn't recommend going there. We went straight to O'Reilly. Called at 330, told me they closed at 4. I said I just needed a battery if they could hold one for me, I would be there by 4. I got there 5:53, said I was here to get battery. Guy said ok and said he was finishing up other things and didnt have time to help us. Horrible customer service and people. I would skip the hassle and go to O'Reilly.

Horrible customer service. Employees often don’t know what they’re doing or talking about. The computer system is horrible & wrong due to user error or wrong car information. Four male employees who were ill informed of the car I needed the battery for. I had a female at O’Reilly’s help me. She was very knowledgeable & had great customer service. The battery was the same price. She installed the battery & had me back on the road within ten minutes. Just avoid the hassle of Advanced Auto & go to O’Reilly’s for better service.

Excellent customer service! Matt helped me change a battery out in my truck, in short sleeve shirt, and it being 30 degrees outside! He was very helpful and knew what he was doing. We also think the starter might be an issue, and Josh was able to help with that and lead me in the right direction there. Very professional and knowledgeable. Thank you for all the help!

Great place for parts. We had a car wash for our youth, kids groups from our church family. They are good at allowing the community to use their parking lot for a fund raiser. So keep that in mind if you need a place to have a car wash, and remember they have great auto parts for you as well and great customer service.
