Dark young guy at the counter is absolutely chef kiss. He’s so polite, kind and helpful! Probably second best person after Larry (no longer working in the area) from competitor nearby automotive parts retailer AZ. He was so efficient recently when I needed an oil tube which AZ doesn’t even sell. He called around right away and found solutions. He’s been very efficient and on it MULTIPLE times before, every single time. We love him, grateful for him.

Ive never had such a horrible experience with an auto part place until this store. I sent a customer to get brakes for their car to replace them at the shop. She sent the customer with the wrong parts and she was very sure that we were wrong and she wasn’t because of her stuck up attitude my customer ended up having to buy not only the brake pads at another store but also two new calipers and rotors because of her mistake they ended up having to spend more money because their brakes didn’t hold any longer because she had them going back and forward for not giving them the right parts. This girl really had the audacity to tell my mechanic that we made the mistake and then not even apologize to the customer. I had to leave other customers unattended to tend to your stupid mistakes.

Jim was the best help. Very knowledgeable and helpful. Refreshing to see

As a disabled veteran who served in the United States Navy, I approach all interactions with respect. This review is intended to provide feedback on a recent customer service experience. While I commend the assistance and kindness demonstrated by General Store Manager Dawn and Retail Parts Professional Briana, the interactions with another employee, Lewis, were unsatisfactory. His conduct included rude verbal abuse and exhibited a racist undertone, which was deeply concerning. Furthermore, his decision to discuss the situation in Spanish, unaware of my fluency in the language, was unprofessional. I chose to remain composed throughout the interaction. The other employee suggested I speak with the manager regarding the matter. Unfortunately, Lewis's behavior has created a negative experience

My journey to Advance Auto Parts on Perkiomen Ave felt like embarking on a miscalculated side mission—one fraught with frustration and unnecessary obstacles. Expecting straightforward service and reliable parts, I instead received a faulty car battery that malfunctioned almost immediately, reminiscent of receiving defective gear in a crucial gameplay moment. When seeking resolution, the customer service descended into apathy, leaving me stranded without support or empathy. Staff interactions were mechanical and dismissive, as if scripted poorly and without care. This disappointing quest offered neither solutions nor satisfaction. A regrettable experience best left unexplored.
