It’s good to see that this store offers a working battery testing tool although it’s designed to work for batteries with the terminals at the top of the battery and not to the side, but thanks! I appreciate the young male employee for refusing not to give up and he was able to successfully tested the battery with the terminal to the side and he was able to see that the battery needed to be replaced. Due to short staff the batteries had to be replace on a different day at this location.
I was originally going to rate 3 stars as I felt as though I could not ask for help with the employees talking amongst themselves, however there was a staff member who did not get distracted and answered all my question. Will be going there a second, third time and recommend. Look for the guy named Fodey or Fo!
If they change your battery for you, CHECK THEIR WORK. They didnt strap mine down and it eventually came out of its holder under the hood. Also they didn’t tighten the clamps on my terminals and one of those worked loose too!
The young man foday was very helpful I don’t know much about cars but he was able to assist me with the type of oil I needed and the filter the amount of professionalism I was greeted with when I walked in I will be back I used to go to the auto zone but I never been taken care of so this is my new store for my parts
Walter the manager was outstanding! As soon as he walked in to begin his shift, He helped me immediately!!!! He didn’t even get to take his coat off! My battery was malfunctioning and my car wouldn’t start, my battery was still under warranty but it was purchased at a different location so he had to do an override to complete my replacement. He assisted Von from start to finish They both was amazing and I will be returning for all my car needs. Customer Service was outstanding.
