Advance Auto Parts

I would like to thank Michael U. and Michael K. for helping us last Sunday afternoon (2/22/2026). We came up to Tifton to visit a friend. When we were driving back to Orlando, we experienced trouble with our Sante Fe and pulled into the Advance in Adel. They told us that our alternator was going out and that the store in Nashville had one. So we drove there, but the one they had in stock was not for our car. They called the store in Valdosta and found that they had one. Rather than leave us stranded like other Advances, Michael U. spent 40 minutes driving up there to get it for us. They said they were not going to leave us stranded and they meant it. Michael K. helped us swap the alternator and within the hour we were back on the road. Do this was two weeks ago and I don't know If it's because I couldnt fully describe what I needed but the employee didn't have the patience nor the time it seemed to just help me out. I do believe her name was Sarah and I think she doesn't belong in customer service if I couldn't even get help without her being rude.

I have been to more Advanced stores than I can count. These guys are top notch employees who listen and are very friendly and knowledgeable. Even though I walked in the second they opened their doors in the morning, they were still just as friendly as they could be. I would not hesitate to go back again and would definitely suggest my friends go here as well!
