I cannot say enough good things about my experience this morning. I left with a new battery and windshield wipers installed. My car felt brand new after I left, and I felt valued as a customer and a person. I cannot think of the last retail experience I have had where every employee was glad to help and willing to explain the situation. I know Ray and Shar did everything possible to get my car back on the road, and they made it look easy! The Dickerson Pike location will be my go-to. Thanks again for taking care of me this morning.

Extremely rude people. First they gave me wrong battery for my car which wasted 3 hours of my time and charged me extra which was they didn’t care to check or refund. They made me go to other store for the refund. They just gonna waste your time and be rude to you even though they’re completely wrong.
